Returns & Refund Policy


30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns if you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or if you no longer want the item. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, flight delays, customs release delays, or holiday seasons, do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@calmdogbeds.co.uk. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. You will also receive a return mailing label via email to download and print. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. All return packages should be sent via post or courier services to the address provided.

Cancellations:
Due to our quick order processing, cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed. Please double-check your product selections (color, size, etc.) before finalizing your order to avoid the need for cancellations.

Damages and Issues:
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Buying Remorse:
We do not accept returns for items you no longer want or for incorrect purchases. Please ensure you have selected the correct size, color, and options before completing your order.

Return Shipping Charges:
In the event of an approved return, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges using the carrier or service of their choice.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Note:
All returns must be authorized by the Calm Dog Beds UK support team before being returned. Unauthorized returns, items sent to the incorrect address, incorrect items, or empty boxes will not be eligible for compensation.
